When you want to exercise the rights specified above, you can send your request to us in writing (such as a notice or registered mail) or electronically. For electronic applications, you can use Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or you can prefer the email address that you have previously notified us and that is registered in our system. In order for your application to be evaluated, we need to be able to verify your identity information and you need to clearly state which right you want to exercise. Your applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
